Catalyst is focused on providing on-site partnerships for evolving career-graphs and personas. It is an organisation designed to facilitate career focus in students educationists and teachers. We have piloted intervention programmes in career direction, aptitude testing (MyVector), follow-up career counselling and life skill management workshops. We have a combined experience as Counsellors, Facilitators, Consultants and Teachers of over 25 years in the industry walking across several organisations such as USIEF, IC3 Forum, Star TV, Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Sobhagya Advertising, Jay Engineering, the British Council, Learndirect in the UK, the Lancashire County Council, Delhi Public School, South Point School, Garden High School.
